Obsidian Gua Sha

Perfect your daily care routine with a soothing Gua Sha massage. A few minutes a day will relax you and your skin and give it a beautiful glow.

Gua Sha massage is a massage technique that is thousands of years old and has its origins in traditional Chinese medicine. It offers your skin many benefits and is also a soothing ritual that gives you a break from everyday life.

Our Gua Sha consists of 100% natural obsidian.

The regular Gua Sha massage:

  • Promotes blood circulation in the skin and gives it a rosy complexion
  • Stimulates lymphatic flow, which removes harmful substances
  • Firms the facial contours and increases the elasticity of the skin
  • reduces skin inflammation and has a decongestant effect
  • relieves tension in the face

As a natural product, each of our Gua Sha tools is unique and can vary in grain and color.

We deliver your Gua Sha to you in a sustainable cotton bag.

Black obsidian is a powerful healing stone created by the rapid cooling of volcanic lava. In naturopathy, it is said to have clarity and energy as properties, which means it is said to have a calming, relaxing and anti-anxiety effect. Obsidian has the ability to store heat and helps with impure skin and clogged pores. Due to its special shape, it adapts ideally to the contours of the face.

    Ritual

Apply a few drops of the Recovery Treatment Oil to your cleansed face.

Always massage your face gently from the center outwards.

    Cheeks-chin

Place the long edge of the stone on your cheeks and jawline and, applying light pressure, pull it along your jawline to your ears.

Tighten your contour by placing the notched side in the middle of your chin and gently pulling along your chin and jawline contour.

    Eyes

For the eye area, use the notched side of the Gua Sha and gently slide it from the inner corner of the eye to the temples.

    Forehead

Place the stone flat in the middle of your forehead and pull it outwards over your temples to your hairline.

    Neck

To promote lymphatic flow, stroke your Gua Sha from top to bottom along your neck.
