Shipping within the country area
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 24-48 hours and you will receive an email notification once shipment is fulfilled, unless otherwise mentioned.
The shipment window begins once orders leave our facility for provinces packages within 5 business days unless an expedited service is purchased.
We will send delivery slip as soon as the package is deliver for customer to track at the transporter’s facility. We do not accept responsibility if product is delivered by the courier facility but customer claims to not have product or if product have left unattended in transporter’s facility as we strive to maintain temperature chain intact. We are not responsible if a product is damaged due to temperature fluctuations due to customer’s improper handling.
This will have to be taken up between customer and transporter’s facility. We will accept responsibility if we put in a wrong address from what was given to us.
*LIMITLESS BEAUTY COLLECTIVE is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery or promptly notification from our customers.

we offer replacements or store credit should the product arrive damaged.
