The Retinal Eye Cream is a firming, slow-aging eye cream with a melt-in rich texture and a 71% organic content – ideal for even the most demanding skin. It combines state-of-the-art active ingredient technology with select natural ingredients to visibly smooth, protect, and regenerate the delicate eye area. 

The hero ingredient of this formula is 0.02% nature-identical encapsulated retinal  – a highly effective form of vitamin A that is three times more effective and eleven times faster working than classic retinol , yet significantly gentler on the skin. Thanks to innovative nature-identical encapsulation technology, the active ingredient is stabilized and released in a controlled manner – ideal for the sensitive eye area. The skin compatibility of the retinal eye cream has been tested on sensitive skin and  rated "very good" .

Furthermore, organic saffron reduces dark circles and, together with organic pomegranate seed oil, reliably protects against oxidative stress. Organic aloe vera juice provides intensive moisture and soothes, while ceramides and bio-based squalane strengthen the delicate skin around the eyes, improve its moisture balance, and ensure noticeable suppleness.

RETINAL (ENCAPSLED)

0.02% nature-identical encapsulated retinal (a particularly effective form of vitamin A) stimulates collagen synthesis and has been proven to reduce wrinkles and fine lines. Studies show that retinal is three times more effective, eleven times faster, and much gentler on the skin than retinol. An innovative nature-identical encapsulation technology increases stability and allows for a controlled and slow release of the active ingredient. The 0.02% retinal concentration is mild enough for the sensitive eye area, yet still offers high efficacy. The encapsulated retinal we use is laboratory tested.

SAFFRAN (ORGANIC)

Precious saffron is considered one of the world's most valuable plant extracts. It protects the skin from oxidative stress. Furthermore, it has anti-inflammatory properties, effectively lightens age spots, and can prevent collagen breakdown.

CERAMIDE

Ceramides are skin-identical lipids, i.e., fats that also occur naturally in the skin, protecting it from moisture loss and strengthening the skin barrier.
